Iron on patch.  This patch was designed in house.  Moon over Midwest is a scene with rolling hills, pine trees, and a moon phase design.

Measures 2.5 inches in diameter

INSTRUCTIONS
1 - HEAT IRON (to temp best for material the patch will be applied to)
2 - PLACE PATCH in the desired position & place a pressing cloth (handkerchief or pillowcase) on top to protect patch.
3 - PRESS the iron down for 15-30 seconds, depending on the fabric.
4 - Sew with machine, or by hand with fine needle & thimble for extra durability.
